
After a months-long blackout that began with the outbreak of the war in late February, Iran has started restoring internet access following a ceasefire agreed on 8 April. The government also rolled out an "internet pro" premium tier offering higher-quality, paid connectivity for businesses and professionals while many ordinary users still face restricted service. The partial restoration appears tied to the ceasefire and could improve communications and oversight during the pause in hostilities.
