
The Orion crew module containing the four Artemis II astronauts splashed down in the Pacific and the crew returned safely after a multi-day lunar flyby, sending humans farther into space than ever before. Flight controllers and recovery teams have begun postflight inspections and analysis of engineering, imaging and biomedical data. NASA has released thousands more Artemis II photos, adding imaging context to those analyses and enhancing public engagement ahead of postflight briefings.
