As the crew finished on-board tests and prepared for reentry, they completed human-health experiments and engineering checks during the lunar flyby that will return with them for analysis. In a subsequent interview with ABC News, the astronauts described their reentry as "intense," giving a firsthand account of the forces and heat they experienced. Fresh off their return, the astronauts will hold a postflight news conference April 16 at NASA’s Johnson Space Center and will take public questions to discuss experiment results and recovery findings.
